I don't think your title fits the challenge. That's okay, I like the shot. :-)

The depth of field works well, and perhaps putting the year in the title would have been redundant since it's already in your image. Good luck in the challenge!

You have met the challenge, and done a nice job with the lighting/long exposure. My suggestion for this photo would be to include more of the surroundings. One of the great things about long exposure water shots is that it really enhances the beauty of what is around it and I don't often find that it should be the only element of the photo.

It looks like the focus on the rocks is a little soft but that could be due to the resize. It's doesn't appear to have been neat imaged which is good cuz it would have ruined it IMO. I would have liked to see more of the sides tho. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <8>
