Trippy! My version of this game is probably 20 years old. It's interesting to see a newer version. I like the shallow DOF, but some of the colors seem over saturated to me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the composition just isn't quite right for me either.

So, how fast did you have to eat that apple to keep the whole thing from yellowing? :-) I like the concept. Execution of the layout is "ok". Something feels not quite right. Color of the bg? Item used for placing the apple and weekly pill holder? Maybe it's because the apple is centered and the pill box makes it feel lopsided on the right? Sorry...wish I could pinpoint what doesn't feel "right" about this for me. It's not "bad", just not "great" either. All JMO of course. :-) Good luck in the challenge.
