Technically and compositionally there isn't anything wrong here. For me a shopping list holds holds zero interest. When taking pictures for public consumption it's helpful to pose a few questions.

What is about this image that I find compelling enough to shoot?

Will a stranger be likely to be as interested as I in this subject?
If not, is there a way to comminicate enough of my feeling for the subject in a photograph to provoke an emotional response in an objective viewer?

Can I present this mundane subject in a way that transcends the everyday and creates a visually dynamic impression on the viewer--enough to make him/her come back for another look?

Anyway, only thing I could think of to change would be to use a smaller f-stop so that the blinking lights weren't quite so overpowering.

I wanted the lights to flare out. I have a 6 point star filter, but that was too much.

I originally wanted a black one, but where I saw it in real life, the front end didn't look good to me. Then I saw the yellow, and now I have a yellow car. It's still hard for me to believe.

Also, Black is 10 times easier to keep clean than yellow.

Nice flowers, however the pinks are either blown or not enough in focus.
