There are alot of elements I like in this pciture. The cute little neighborhood in the middle, the light trees in the middle thrid, the colors in the lower left. However, it just seems all in the wrong place (my eye just wanders aimlessly). Above average score.

NIce curves on the background. It does seem overprocessed. Maybe it is all the detail in the foreground. Anyway, the exposure may have been off at the time the photo was taken. In order to get sky detail, with such an uneven light balance, you need to use a polarizer or neutral density filter to adjust for the very dark foreground the camera reads and the bright background.
