Persevereby aberrationComment by Yo_Spiff: Shooting through the falling snow gives a neat look. Are they fishing in this weather? Looks like a pole in the boys hand. |

Persevereby aberrationComment by bmartuch: I really like the color tone. Excellent job with the contrast. I love the layered effect with the water, ground, and trees. 9 |

Persevereby aberrationComment by jonfrommk: Fantastic image that really hits ALL the ket elements of the challenge. I love the duetone and overall the composition feels like a pointilist work by Georges Seurat. Superb composition. Bump to 9 |

The Spectatorby aberrationComment by pixelpig: I gave it a 10 because of the expressive, lively, calligraphic quality that is fascinating, especially for the way the white ducks are turned into negative space. Wow. The busy, alert, bright-eyed nature of ducks is beautifully captured. IMO, the more often we use the camera to capture the way we feel about our world, the better. |

The Spectatorby aberrationComment by Alicia: Of course it was no surprise that this didn't do well. However, during voting, I really liked it. Technically - well - whatever. But it has a raw, crazy feel to it. Thanks for entering it. |
