oh man. I really like the colors. when I try processing like this I usually blow out the highlights or kill the details in shadows, good job for preserving both yet getting such great contrast.

There seems to be a massive amount of talent in your family. If I'm not mistaken, you, 2mccs, and pointandshoot are all somehow related, yes? What I find interesting is a similarity in styles. Or maybe it's just that I like the work all three of you do. I am one of your 10s on this - I REALLY like the way the snow provides grain, I love the composition.
