I fall in the "liking it" group here, I guess. There's a lot to see, the tones are great, and everywhere you look the image is visually interesting. I like see the trees and not the forest sometimes, and this image is an invitation to do that for me.

I see this technique in some other photogs picture son the site. I can't say I care for it at all, but that's a matter of taste I guess. The shot itself I have a hard time getting my head around. It's an abstract in one sense and a very detailed picture of leaves in another - I find it leaves my mind somewhere in between trying and failing to put it together.

it's not boring. it's very pretty. i like the details and lines. the light and shadows on the center piece really make the item stand out in the pic.

This reminds me for some reason of a children's book illustration - maybe something from "Where the Wild Things Are" or similar. I like all the textures and craziness here. I think it works despite being so busy.
