Hand and jewelry were very nice, but apple did not seem to fit in (the message you were trying to convey was too subtle for me and probably a lot of other voters). Substituting a gold orb (or something similar) for the apple would (and perhaps also a nicer surface) would have conveyed wealth in a more conventional sense and thus strengthened this considerably as a challenge entry.

If one gets away from the Wealth theme and just looks at the photo by itself, it is really nice -- great contrast between the nice jewelry, on the one hand, and the bad apple and ground, on the other.
