Nice action, but maybe a bit too close, or too low? As it is, the rather large patch of hillside/grass at the bottom left doesn't really add to the image, but the antlers are cut off. The light looks slightly harsh also, especially on the grass and horns. I don't know if you used a polarizer, but if not, it might help to use one in situations like this.

Nice solid shot. No huge WOW factor, but I don't think that is what you were going for. Good lighting, good use of challenge, and good composition. I would say think about turning the bag a little to give it more detail you can bring out but a nice solid shot.

The tight crop helps convey the addiction (i.e. having too much) aspect. The lighting could be better as well as the surface/background choice. A darker background would have help make the popcorn stand out more.
