more than a "just a pretty girl" image--the cell has removed her from the environment: people are paying attention to something off in the background, but she is not. Her (presumed) cycling buddy is out of the picture, only hinted at by the handlebars and shadow. Nice capture.

I can't connect with the girl on the bike. Without more of her surroundings, I feel you had a long lens on your camera and was out taking pictures of cute women. What is everyone else there doing? What's the whole scene? Sometimes getting in close and personal works, other times, you need a sense of their surroundings so you can connect with them.
