The photo meets the challenge. The title is dramatic. It's a good photo in that it is framed well and has a good DOF. Critique: It's an average tree. Yes, it's growing on rock, but it happens all time.

Sublime location - makes me want to explore the rest of the frame... Can't help but wonder if a higher vantage point would have given a better view of the river snaking off into the distance, adding to the leading lines element that is hinted at with this composition. Color is a bit over-saturated at first, but that feeling fades as you sit with for a bit. -- 7 --
