Koshkaby hahn23Comment by EL-ROI: Really good depth of field on the face but it is a hair too shallow in my opinion as the plane of the depth of field falls away quickly over the front of the body. Otherwise a well centered environmental portrait. |

Tipping Pointby hahn23Comment by ursula: A scene that would normally be photographed in landscape orientation, photographed in portrait mode instead. It's a fit for the challenge.
As a photo though, it's nice, but it isn't a spectacular landscape or action photo. It has a nice Summer memories quality about it. In spite of it being in portrait mode for the challenge, this is one of those that would benefit from being in landscape orientation (as a photo, not as a challenge entry). A tricky challenge for sure :) |

A History of Lost Dreamsby hahn23Comment by varlyte79: very interesting picture, maybe to many details, but impressive background gives an extra mystery to it. more details and contrast would be my final touch.8 |

While the technical aspects of your photo are not only...
Magnificent...
Bordering on spectacular...(ala Dan Akroid in the Dragnet movie (Remake)
They are also, alas
Sadly lacking in ashetic composition.
Try a different subject matter next time, with your technical skills, you could score much higher. | |
Sorry pal. Don't look at me to have a ghost account. This stuff doesn't mean that much to me to take the time to do that. Seems like maybe a noob or someone who doesn't want to be known. You know I would not hesitate to say something. Better think again about that comment. |
