Urban Sprawlby hahn23Comment by bvy: Like a strange spider. The field of bricks adds to the sci-fi feel of this. |

Truthby hahn23Comment by pmichaud: I will attest that this was not over-saturated. This IS autumn in Colorado - with brilliant yellows, reds and golds so vibrant it seems other-worldly. What you cannot experience but is suggested with this image, is the remarkable experience of watching the aspens "quake" with the breeze - the infinitely changing colorscape, the sounds, and the forest fragrances of pines, junipers, and aspens with a hint of snow. It is an amazing experience to walk in these woods, look up to these mountains and immerse oneself in this glorious corner of our planet.
Thank you, Richard, for this beautiful reminder... Message edited by author 2011-10-29 13:00:25. |

Sprague Lake Octoberby hahn23Comment by Bear_Music: Beautiful processing, Richard. I assume you'll get hammered for not being "symmetrical" enough. Meanwhile, I have a totally asymmetrical riverscape made symmetrical by a perfect reflection, and processed over-the-top. Let's see who scores higher; I'm curious. Feel free to chat with me on this.
And if you're NOT Richard Hahn reading this, for gawdsake let me know willya?
Meanwhile, I love the asymmetrically symmetrical kind of take on things, so this is an 8 from me. |
