Haven't yet arrived- I don't see them in Ottawa but an hour south at my parents place, by the St. Lawrence River, they are regulars. Love watching them fly!

Thanks for all your comments. I'm sort of like those guys in The Big Year. Obsessed with the birding. And, I love it. I do have an advantage because I live so close to Rocky Mountain National Park. And, I do serve as one of the official BIrd Walk Leaders for the park-sponsored ranger activities. Not a ranger, just a volunteer local birding expert. LOL!!!! Anyway, I think others will give me a run for number of species. Hope DirtDiver catches up with updating the forum thread. I'm sure he will as his time permits.
