You have done a great job of showing motion here, especially with the use of camera movement instead of shutter speed. There is an interesting quality to this picture, quite dreamlike. Personally I find that the placement of the tree is too central, I think that if you had framed the tree into the left side of the picture, it would have been more appealing. I do like the use of blue here, but I wonder what it would have been like if it had been green. Great picture and Good Luck in the next challenge.

Punch up the darks a little for more contrast. The whole right side washes out, especially in conjunction with the motion blur.
