I really have a dilemma with this as it really doesn't technically fit the description of rural. A truly awesome composition and capture and a wonderful scene. I'm giving it a 6 because of it, though in a Free Study I'd have gone higher. The 6 is strictly on the shot's merits but IMNSHO, DNMC.

Upon reflection, and being honest, it's no less rural than my entry, and in the spirit of fair play, you talented b*stard, I'm bumping this to an 8.

stunning...not sure if this will be viewed as rural by everyone, but it certainly works for me...the light, composition, crispness, subject matter, action are amazing! Has to be 10 from me...good luck, and maybe congrats on the ribbon in advance!
