Beautiful photograph but my eyes aren't drawn to the sun. Rather I first go to the waves, and your visual X doesn't pop out.

IMO would be much better with the left/foreground tree cropped out, as the rest of the image is real nice with the cool-looking mist.

The different layers of the hills and the differrent shades they are due to the mist always makes for an interesting scene. Not sure about the tree on the side though. And even though the shades through this are a feature,. the overall green/grey feel of the image is a little flat.

I really like those waves. Kind of harsh on some of the colors, but I really like those waves. The "X" looks like it was the result of a cross/star filter, but I really like those waves. 5 without the (crazy) waves, 7 with the waves
