FIRST IMPRESSION : Nice colors, summer but not specifically interesting shot.

COMPOSITION : I like the arrangement of items and the colors are definitly summery : the skirt, the bikini. However the back ground is really too much. It's probably a cover bed. I am not saying a white cover would have been better but .. something else, an other texture maybe. Like those ... I do not know how they are called ... like cheap rectangle or straw that you roll and that have a color border that are used to seat on the beach ? something like that.

TECHNIQUE : Not oversharpened which I like the colors are nice and tnot too saturated which I like. Exposition is good except the whites of the Sun lotion however are blown out.

FINAL IMPRESSION :
I like the colors (except back ground) and to me that 'save' the picture and it meets the challenge. I would have give that one a 5 for the idea and the colors (I did not vote that week).

Wonderful vivid colors and compositional props that certainly evoke a feeling of a certain kind of weather. If I have any issue it's that the colors may be a bit too saturated for my liking. For instance, I find the red cap to the suntan lotion to be bright. Hey, how about a beach date? :)

Very weak, the subject is weather, there are just too many opportunities to shoot fantastic weather issues, storm clouds etc. I get the idea, just find it a lazy way to shoot the subject. No challenge in the image at al, DOF is not an issue, color is not an issue, compostion is not an issue. Sorry, but this doesn't fly with me.

Very well taken photo. (the reds might be turned up a touch too much, on my monitor at least) This shot implies sun heavily, but I see no effects of weather, now a sun tanned skin (tan lines in the face or elsewhere) might have been called an effect of weather, this is more like anticipation of weather. 5 Rob the Swash

Not so much weather, or the effects of weather... maybe the dreams of better weather coming? Close, but... It's a little busy - none of the items really stand out, they all kind of blend together.
