First glance I thought they were barbie dolls.

Second thought Grounded for not having the girls in focus.

Seriously, there is a conflict going on visually between the fence and the girls. The fence being tack sharp is winning the battle and the shot not getting the message across (not holding my attention very long). Perhaps if the girls were closer to the fence and less oof it would balance it out.
