Generally, I like the composition, though it is a bit tight on the left, but the red stripe, being different from the red stripe, makes it seem as if *that* should be the main focus of the shot, and I don't know that that is what you intended.

I would think this would make more sense if you had shot her in the moment of being baptised, where as in this image, it just looks like two people playing in the water.
