I like the strong diagonals in the composition. I'd like to compare with a version where the eyes are not quite so super-sharp -- it makes it look a bit artificial when it's really a completely natural capture.

PS: The eyes look good in the thumbnail -- I think I was a little surprised at the difference between the small and large versions.

Hmmmmm I usually love everything you do but this one not so much...I love the composition and the graininess, that leaves the colour. That's it, there's an elegance and somberness in the composition and the grain that seems at odds with the bright colours. I'd love to see it in B&W or just more muted but that's just me.
