Bossby zaflaboutComment by kiwiness: Cool pic, nice set up. I am not a fan of all this hdr filter stuff though, especially not on people. |

Bossby zaflaboutComment by Covert_Oddity: The processing has given this a slightly unreal look, which isn't necessarily a bad thing here as it has taken on a movie poster feel.
Love all the props, the whole thing just works! |

Bossby zaflaboutComment by yanko: Very slick presentation. You know what you did right so I'll just focus on a couple minor issues that jump out at me. First, the light on his left hand, (i.e. the streak). That should have been spotted and fixed. Also that same hand would look better had it been relaxed rather than clenched especially given the location of the hand. :) Also, if it was relaxed you could have shown a nice big ring that could have served as a double entendre. Other than that the technicals are flawless, a very professional image. |

Laurenby zaflaboutComment by jstrong: Great portrait. Not sure if I like the hair in front of her right eye though but I'm sure you intended such. I'm sure she will like it as she is a pretty girl probably in any setting. Great pp on the skin, if you did any? Natural. |

Laurenby zaflaboutComment by Teafran: A good solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, this style of close up portrait requires concentration and attention to detail and in this area, it has a rather significant flaw - the white shining through the hair on the right is a distraction and impacts the image negatively. If this issue had been seen when composing, it most likely would have been corrected making it a huge success. As it is, is has significant impact with excellant detail and highlight control - something not every photographer can properly capture and with the one issue corrected, it would have been perfect. A very good entry into the challenge and worthy of top fifteen placement and potentially a top ten. |
