wonderful sky...not sure that the shot has a wow factor about the subject which is the building, once you see the sky, the rest is quite bland...perhaps another perspective or better still a low shot of the building with the domes, looking up to that amazing sky would have been better

In this image, each separate subject is a winner by itself. For me, though, the fact that there are 3 main subjects (steps with statue, sky, and domed building) competes for my attention too much. I think any two of the elements alone would've been a winner, but not all three. You are a master at processing! This is really an amazing and good job technically.
