While shooting for this challenge I had a similar look on a photo I took, where a part of the face was sticking out of the blackness.. I wish I could have edited it out but couldn't, so I decided on another shot. This is great, but imo I think it would look way better with the right side of the face burnt out to black and there only be half a face.. cute kid and great shot :)

I love the model's facial expression! It is hilarious. This image is bold but simple. The absence of any distracting (=interesting) elements in the background allow the focus to jump right to the man, and the humor in the image is fabulous.
