I love this image. It definitely tells her story. Also reminds me of some of my relatives. I feel like we get a nice snippet into her life yet it is still a simple composition. I love the angle and perspective. Also very clean and effective lighting. Excellent. 9

Fantastic portrait. I can almost smell the room, hear the kettle boiling in the kitchen, sit down next to her and listen to her story (whilst sniffing as i'm allergic to dogs). Extraordinary in its ordinary-ness. Great composition, angle and colours. My choice for the Blue. 10.

Think you can work on the framing. If she was to the left you could've framed her with the nice big upright corner of that couch. All in the composition and framing. Keep shooting

I was about ready to click the 4 or 5 key and press on, but something got me to looking again. First impression is just a good snapshot, however there is more than that. It shows who this woman is and portrays her in her home. No, this is not an exotic and fascinating person from a far part of the world, in fact, she could live down the street from me. Something about this makes it stand out the more I look at it. Maybe because she seems so familiar.

You shouldn't stand on Grandma's furniture, but I like the high perspective. But lighting should be more selective, and you need less clutter.
