Wk_6_B&W_Applesby twmaxComment by pawdrix: I think you did a really nice job bringing out the essence of the apples with a wonderfully detailed B&W macro. On my work monitor this will look a little dark and I assume many people have that same view. For the internet you might see if this needs some curve adjustment to insure that people can see the subtle detail. |

Wk-4_B&W-Side-Challenge.jpgby twmaxComment by annig: excellent POV and the power lines, rather than being annoying, bring the viewer's eye into the image. I like how you get the best outta that WA lens!! Great feeling of the sunshine on the door & the white chairs on the side...even in B&W, looks war! |

Wk. 5_B&W_Sea Birdby twmaxComment by colorcarnival: This is definitely not boring. The background is interesting because of the different shapes and sizes of the rocks. I love seeing the bird feet splash thru the sand. And it's also cool that the bird is looking at you. This is a fun and interesting capture. Message edited by author 2008-02-08 22:02:50. |

Extremely nice image!!

Wk. 5_B&W_Sea Birdby twmaxComment by Melethia: Very nice capture - I really like the composition and I like the texture/background of the rocks interspersed in the sand. You may want to go in and "heal" some of the bright spots on the rocks just a bit. A few of them catch the eye (mostly the three in the top part of the picture.) |
