This looks like it has an effect like "water colors" or something. That's fine for a cool effect for your family once in a while, but I don't think it works here.

the processing, I think, does not add to the photo, but rather detracts...the colors are dull as well

I don't get this at all! Lea showed this to me before for an off-the-cuff opinion and I told her I thought it was fantastic. I almost didn't enter at all 'cause I thought my shot was so far below the caliber of this that it kinda depressed me. Why you get slammed the way you do here in challenges I will never understand.

I stick to my original story, Lea, this is a wonderful shot!
