good effort with the fill the frame - but I am afraid that the lighting - very harsh - makes the sauce and meatballs come across as rather unappetising. Softer light (bigger light source with diffuser) and better control of exposure on the sauce should help out. Food is a tough subject to photograph well.

I think that this image would be greatly improved with a change in lighting. The current lighting looks a bit harsh in places and overall seems to leave the subject flat.

I think I may have already commented favourably on this photo, and I like it just as much on second viewing. Moments like this are so important, and it is wonderful that you have been able to capture it with such empathy. You should be proud of this on a photographic level, but the value of the photograph to you, and ultimately your little girl, goes far beyond that.

It is well composed and its yellowish. But the color detracts from the image.
