An appealing image that meets the challenge well.

Congratulations on your HM for your great landscape Konrad, well deserved. Apart from the lovely colours benefiting from the ‘golden hour’ you chose to take it in, there is a great dynamic from the motion blur of the water as a result of your long exposure. That dynamic makes it doubly beneficial as it is the leading line into the image and the theme of the challenge. I feel that the length of exposure is perfect whilst it creates the dynamic it is not too long to lose detail where it is most needed, in the water and the clouds. Perfect, well done.
