In my opinion, this is the best in the challenge. I think it's perfect as it is, not too cluttered, the wine bottle and glass are very obvious even with such shallow DOF, the composition is perfect, the lighting colour and strength is perfect...
Can you let us in on some of your processing? Is some of the OOF blur added in processing?

Focus and lighting on the orange in the background is perfect but the peel in the foreground is overexposed and it's really hard to even make it out.
