Turn the other cheek.by moniepennyComment by otisXmike: Strong image... I like the almost translucent glow on her lips. The text is very chaotic... which suits the image, but instead of having it all perfectly straight and in line, it would have been maybe even more effective if some of the lines were a little "skewed" (rotated a little). Just my opinion though...
I don't understand how a real man could hit a woman... |

Suburbiaby moniepennyComment by otisXmike: This is cool! It reminds me of something... maybe something out of an old horror flick. Nice work. |

jdannels - I converted it myself and then added the tint to it. :D
Oh and thanks for the critique on the original, the B&W was a great idea! Message edited by author 2006-07-20 12:26:27. |

Turn the other cheek.by moniepennyComment by jdannels: Hey this is awesome work!!!! This is just great, I love it, did you go back and convert to black/white or did you use the one from CC and add alittle sepia on your own or did you go back and try it yourself. The text makes this image, simply great, very impressed. Excellent Monica. |

The Other Sideby moniepennyComment by otisXmike: This is a cool pic, I like to location. I wonder what it would look like if the camera were closer to the ground, so the shot was looking more "upward". That way you'd have more of the overexposed sky behind you. |

Turn the other cheek.by moniepennyComment by SandyP: This excellent work. It could be a poster for violence against women. Very emotive. The model looks so natural and fits the part so well. She did a fantastic job.

Teethby moniepennyComment by alfresco: Same thing here with the leaves, maybe soften them a tad ... or get closer with a tight crop. You give killer eye contact and have great camera presence.
Why would you be ashamed of this or you? |
