	Business Casual by scarbrd Comment by LalliSig: A bit flat lighting wise, I see by the catchlights in her eyes you used two lights on her from the front, and one of them lighting her from below, lighting from below is very rarely flattering for the model and causes bizzare shadows, like the ones from her hand, the tie and such. I might suggest you take that light and use it to backlight her next time.
