Well you have the bokeh working strong here but maybe to a detriment of your foreground. Maybe if I just focus on this as an abstract. pleasing colors and shapes, but just not a strong image overall.

WOW! I didn't see the zipper mouth at all in the thumbnail, frankly it changed my whole view of this photo. The hair is really well done, along with the hand gesture and facial expression, It makes it look like a speaker is being blown behind her. Zipper mouth makes a great metaphor and its a good oxymoron. I think you cropped it a little close to the head, I would have left much more of a background and had more clarity in the shot.

Strong idea and prop use. I'd prefer less direct lighting with key light from the side, but this lighting actually seems to work for this title and idea. Even disturbing as intended, it is striking.
