Nice photo, maybe a bit too much noise though. But I like it.

The drips add a bit of interest which is good, but I think the composition is a bit central. Also this might look good in black and white. Just a thought.

Greetings! I'm part of the critique club and was assigned to your picture. We are all learning to critique in a helpful manner, since we are all here to learn.

The waves in the picture obviously meet the challenge of motion. The coloring, being grey, makes it a moody scene. That is fine. Not all images should be sunshine and roses.
Your perspective is interesting...looking from the water to the city. The horizon, however, looks unnatural at the tilt. I've had that problem a lot. What I end up doing is rotating in my image-editing program. Then I crop out the excess. If you'd like to see what I mean, I'll show you an example using your picture.
This image really has potential with very little editing needed to bring up a notch.
I hope you find this helpful.
Sincerely,
Grayce aka Gracious

Too easy of a subject. Shot needs work.

Too grey without actually imparting any athmosphere to the picture. Horizon not level.

The color on this is really drab. It could use a little brightening and some boost of saturation. I don't like the way it's framed either. It goes uphill considerably from L to R. - Inspzil

No offense, but it's terrible... Under-exposed tilted to the left and a little boring. :( Keep trying!!

I figure you probably desaturated, but it seems a bit washed out to me. The motion here is in the mind, since it's not really visible to me.
