There's certainly 'Polka Dots' in there. The lighting seems very, very good to me as well as the composition and the B&W is fitting.

looking at the reflection it looks like u didn't use the tripod.. for a shot that was primarily exposed by flash mounted on camera. Deeper DOF would have made the reflections crisper IMO!
