I love the curve of the leaf stem back up over the leaf and how it's echoed by the curve of the tip of the leaf. And the serene water surface contrasts well with the textures and colours of the leaf. Adn that one water drop is good too.

The back end may be a bit "hot" but the detail of the foreground and the velvety goodness of those petals, combiend with the outstanding red/green contrast all make up for that hot spot.

Great photo and idea. I really like the one drop of water as well. There seems to be just a little too much fill light. Maybe if you toned it down a little, then it might pop a little more.
