Tell them congratulations on their wedding, may they live happily ever after. If you want a better score though, I would suggest uploading a bigger image next, I find that the closer you get to 640 pixles, the better an image scores.

A very small, very "snapshot" picture. For both reasons, it's really hard to judge: images that are tiny are difficult to find deatils in. "Snapshots" are simply not the types of "photographs" that these challenges tend to be about. The content of your shot is appropriate, but your picture is nothing beyond what you'd expect to find in a photo album.

Why did you upload it so small? This could have been a nice snapshot, but overexposed on the whites, due to the flash, I guess. The background is distracting, too. When taking wedding shots, one of the most important technical issues is to have a correct exposure for whites. Therefore, lighting is very important.

The couple looks so happy... Sad this image is so small and not allowed to properly display their new bliss. This will result in a low score.

You might consider a very tight closeup crop of just the couple's heads cutting out as much of the background as possible. In the crop I'd position the woman's nose right smack dab on the left "rule of thirds" line and include the crop to just below the man's boutonniere. And please save it to a full size 640 pixel wide image. You and they will be glad you did.

size matters on DPC
try to make the longer dimension of the photo 640pxl for submissions to DPC so you don`t lose points for image size.
