It's a very nice image :-) I'm not sure what you mean by "added the litho effect"; if you mean you used one of photoshop's filters, the litho filter, then it's not a basic-editing legal shot anyway and it's a good thing you missed the challenge. If you did the effect yourself by playing with curves and levels, that's a different story. But depending on the original image, it is also possible you'd have run afoul of the major elements rule. If the BG was white to begin with, you're probably fine there.
