Seriously Funnyby Blue MoonComment by smurfguy: Hilarious! I think the only thing thats holding you back here is lighting. I would like to see his face better lit. His expression (and the creativity of this shot) are spot on! |

Day 6: A Moment of Silenceby Blue MoonComment by taterbug: Oh, this is a great shot. Very emotive. I agree as a couple of the commenters said, not overdone at all, but yet still very strong, and quite touching. Your 'weird' angle and crop actually really help drive the interest of the shot, it is quite engaging. Your story is great. Yes, many people could connect with that very well. But even apart from the story, the image allows the viewer to go in many different directions in their intrepretation, and I really like that in a shot. I could go down several different paths with it myself! Very good photography. This is going in my favs now :-) |

Seriously Funnyby Blue MoonComment by GrayGhost: Nice composition. Lighting from below is a good choice for this oxymoron, but I think that light on the person would be better, rather than the wall behind the left hand. |

Seriously Funnyby Blue MoonComment by escapetooz: Funny. I think I'd like to see the sign a little closer to him and perhaps some more contrast. I guess that might have been hard considering how bright the right side is. |

Seriously Funnyby Blue MoonComment by levyj413: LOL! I like the contrasts all over this shot: the ones for the title, the black jacket on the white wall, the light tie over the dark shirt ... |
