Composition: 4 - Cutting off half of the other bird seems awkward and the main bird is too centered in my opinion.
Technical: 3 - Seems a bit underexposed, no detail in the shadows and no actual highlights anywhere.
Creativity: 4 - Its different in that it's catching some food, but it still just looks a bit dull to me.
Appeal: 3 - Nothing really holds my interest here, sorry. The underexposure and the unappealing colour of the water turn me off looking at the photo for too long.
