I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

To me this is more of an artsy b/w photo then a candid. A nice scene, some obscured people walking, but no one real thing stands out for me. It's an overall b/w photo with no real candid capture. It's a 2 for me.

Facial expresions are vital factor for candid. It's missing here. Good photo, but I have to score low for candid.
