You like apples??? How do you like those apples???by Dirt_DiverComment by escapetooz: Not getting why you only left one in color? I usually see selective desat as a way to convey a message or make something important stand out. To m it would make more sense if you left a fruit in color that was different ffrom the apples or something like that.
Not a fan of the title. |

Stone Therapyby Dirt_DiverComment by Dirt_Diver: I can't believe that my picture did so badly. I was really hoping for at least a top 50. Anyway thanks everyone for the comments and all the votes. Congrats to the top 10... |

Stone Therapyby Dirt_DiverComment by eckoe: Very soft, and comforting pose, along with the higher contrast of the stones along her back, The curve of her skin on the table/bed is also nice. The hair looks doctored, but I'll take the benifit of the doubt. The only improvement I can list, is the whole image looks desaturated. It's just missing a little bit of punch that I think would make the image better. Good luck. |

Stone Therapyby Dirt_DiverComment by LeeD: I like the idea but there are a few dislikes. The contrast is too subdued for my taste and I'm not a fan of the "grainy" feel. The background and foreground seem to be dodged in and give your model a dark halo. It seems as if you are going for a "dreamy" feel on an image that looks more like a stock photography shot for a day spa. I think it's that conflict that doesn't do this image the justice it deserves. |

Stone Therapyby Dirt_DiverComment by darthsn: Photo looks a little too grainy, a more natural skin tone would have looked great in contrast with the white. |

Stone Therapyby Dirt_DiverComment by sacredspirit: I do like the texture you used in this photo, it works well with the props. However, I don't think you nailed the over the top appeal. Its still effective, and very pleasing to the eye. |
