Othersideby sephick911Comment by sephick911: Thanks for the votes everyone, i am a bit unsatisfied myself with the focus (it being on my hair) for those who didn't know, this is a self portrait shot in the dark which i used an object to guestimate the focus i needed on myself. all in all, i'm satisfied with it for a first entry shot, thanks for the comments and i'd love to hear more |

Othersideby sephick911Comment by yanko: Cool idea. One thing you may want to try is to show something on the other side via a shadow to raise the tension in this shot. Might not quite work in a still frame shot like this but I'm thinking like in a movie when a shadow suddenly appears. |
