Rise & Shineby stargazer05766Comment by scooter97: It's a Laughing Gull. They normally have black heads during the breeding season. They fade out as the year goes along. If this were a young bird (first year) there would still be brown in the feathers of it's wings and body. It's a real nice capture of this species. They do make a LOT of noise! |

These birds are fun to watch as they interact with each other where there is a colony of them. |
