Coming from one finishing so close to this, cannot understand why no one commented on it, I think it is a great capture, how anyone could vote it under 5 is beyond me, but......., dof, colors, focus all look great, only thing I can think of to do to help it a little bit is the crop, would leave a little more space to the right side, giving the bird a bit of space to enter, otherwise not much from me!

Nice focus. Maybe a tighter crop would help to make a more interesting composition. Maybe a little dark vignetting would help direct focus on the horse head.
