The flash on the lower step is a little distracting. Maybe it could be cropped out. But I like the idea and it did make me smile quite a lot.

That is definitely yellow. The colors look over-enhanced though, not saying those colors couldn't be possible but it has a very harsh look to it. The colors viewable work well together and the cloud layers add some interest. The focus is a bit soft, and I'm not sure if that's because of the subject matter or not (I'm not sure how easy it is to get tack sharp sunset images). I gave a 4.

The very dark clouds at the top seem to overburden the picture a bit.

Love the colors in this, but everything seems just a hair off. The clouds seem a little too blurry, the sun creates a very white hot spot, and the crop could probably stand to be a little tighter.
