Well, OK. I get the concept, even though I'm really not much of one for gratuitous boobage. But it's funny so I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt.
The biggest problem is probably the soft focus of the shot overall. I don't know if this was done intentionally or not, but I don't think it works for this image.
The bit of background and the portion of the model's arm on the left detract from the photo. Also, the fact that the ... uh ... "paradise" is cut off on the bottom of the photo is a problem. A plain background that focuses more on "paradise" probably would have scored much better.
