A nice, quiet and peaceful shot. For the challenge, I think your commenters hit on it - not enough warm colors to carry it. I think this is a very good example of how the colors compliment each other to provide the total picture - warms and cools balanced together. Your foreground, for example is very cool in color tone - yet the reds/golds/yellows in the sky add a warmth to the shot. Make sense?

Nice bold sunset colors. To be honest though, a sunset really needs to be outstanding and different, since it is so easy to get awesome colors from one.
