One of my favorite flowers. Love the DOF and the choice of flower. Composition is right on. What can I say, no criticism, so I guess this comment isn't useful. Hey, not everyone needs help! Great job.

The only thing that would make this better for me is if you would have pruned off the branch that is running behind the blossom. The crisp focus on the red anther is fantastic. Great job. 8

absolutely beautiful! Excellent macro with a pleasant feel to it and the background of blue is not distracting, bringing the eyes back to the centre of the flower, showing the red and green of the filament. Excellent use of the rule of 3rds also. The eyes focus on the flower and stay there. Very elegant image.

Your background is in better focus than your subject... I like shallow DOF but you have missed here slightly. You need to get all of your subject including the prongs in focus while creating a shallow DOF behind and in front of the cpu... 5 ... Bob
