WOW, I love this photo. I think it would work very well for the Lines challenge too--if the timing had been right. Nice contrast between the lines of the dunes. The sky has a bizarre coloration that seems to work nicely here. I think the colors might be a bit flat (for DPC likings anyway), but the composition is perfect. Nice job.

Stunning. Great choice of subject. You've picked an ideal time of day (for angle of sunlight, etc) The foreground texture draws the eye to the hard shadow which pulls the viewer further into the image.

Added to my favorites. A 9!
